Our hours of opening are as follows:
Monday 10am-6.30pm, Tuesday 9am-6.30pm, Wednesday 8.30am-4.00pm, Thursday 8.30am-6.00pm, Friday
8.30am-6.00pm, Saturday 9.00am-1.00pm.
You can contact us via e.mail,on the telephone,or drop in to the surgery
during opening hours to make an appointment.

Payment is by cash, cheque or most credit/debit cards.
Private Patients
Osteopathy is now accepted by most private health insurers and this practice
is accredited by many of them including BUPA. PPP, HSA, WPA and Norwich
Union.
If you mention to us that you may be eligible for your treatment under
a private health scheme we will be happy to provide receipts for treatment
against any potential claim.
Results of our Survey
As a result of a patient survey carried out earlier this year we have
been able to improve our understanding of how people feel coming to see
an osteopath, either for the first time or for subsequent treatments. This
has allowed us to work with our patients to continually improve the service
offered to them.
We noted that recommendation by existing patients is high. Other comments
included the excellent punctuality of practitioners, the clean and tidy
environment, minimal waiting time for appointments, reasonable fees, convenience
of Saturday morning and evening appointments and also of on-site parking.
