Our Soft Tissue Therapist Hannah Fowler treats a large variety of injuries, both sport and non-sport related such as:

• Muscle Strains (e.g. Calf, Hamstrings, Groin, Back)

• Ligament Sprains (e.g. Ankle, Knee, Shoulder)

• Shin Splints (Medial Tibial Stress Syndrome - MTSS)

• Tendonitis

• Iliotibial Band (ITB) Syndrome

• Knee Injuries (e.g. Ligament and Meniscus injury)

• Shoulder Injuries (e.g. Rotator Cuff, Impingement Syndrome)

• Tennis Elbow and Golfers Elbow

• Plantar Fasciitis

• Fractures (increasing healing and recovery).

Hannah's treatments of these injuries may include Physical Therapy, including Clinical Sports and Remedial Massage (Soft Tissue Therapy), advanced stretching, strengthening and joint mobilisation. Treatments restore the normal function of the body after athletic activity or injury to maintain optimal condition.

Hannah Fowler

Hannah graduated from the Oxford School of Sports Massage in February 2016. She specialises in therapeutic sports and remedial massage treatment and has gained extensive pitch-side experience travelling with the Bedford Queens RUFC men's team.
