Keeping safe in the current Covid-19 climate

ON ARRIVAL PLEASE COME IN TO THE CLINIC FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE ARE HAPPY FOR YOU TO WAIT FOR YOUR TREATMENT IN THE RECEPTION WAITING AREA. IF YOU WOULD RATHER WAIT IN YOUR CAR PLEASE CALL 01832 733686 ON ARRIVAL SO WE CAN PICK YOU UP FROM YOUR CAR WHEN YOUR ROOM IS AVAILABLE.

We now DO NOT require you to wear a mask, but if you wish us to do so please ask the reception team on arrival and your clinician will gladly wear one for the duration of your treatment.

We are currently open and seeing patients with restrictions and measures in place. Please get in contact if you have any concerns that are not covered below.

Myself and my work colleagues are monitoring the COVID-19 situation (as much as it is possible) in order to be able to react at anytime and to adapt our measures accordingly.

As you know, Patient’s and work colleagues safety is paramount and measures to maintain this are constantly updated, guided by current alerts and information from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Government and our governing body.

I have put in place the COVID-19 procedure recommended by our governing body which is in line with the Governments which includes:

Screens where applicable

Hand sanitiser before entering the clinic

Thorough room sanitisation after every patient visit

May I ask that if you have: 

Come into contact with anyone who may have the virus?

Any family members in self-isolation. 

A high temperature? A sore throat?

A persistent dry cough?

If you are a high risk or a vulnerable patient?

Any family member had a positive test in the last 7 days or are waiting for a PCR test result?

That you rebook at a later date or cancel your appointment. (A full refund will be made).
