OUR CLINICIANS
Proudly established in 2005
The Orchard Clinic Thrapston is a lively and patient focused practice. We are a friendly, vibrant team, dedicated to working with each other and with your body.
Our principles are the same: We aim to give the body the support and guidance it needs to stimulate the healing process and to address the cause and not just the symptoms of each condition. We will endeavour to spend the time to listen to you and your body and look to treating each individual with our tailored and integrated approach.
Pierre Antoyé
Proprietor | Osteopath | BSc (Hons) DO
PGCert Animal Osteopathy
Pierre, is our french boss and the driving force here at the Orchard Clinic Thrapston. He has been here at the clinic since 2007 and his great reputation precedes him.
His work ethic and passion is powerful, like his love for fast cars and motorbikes! He can often be found arriving for work on a lean mean machine or driving a vintage classic, he approaches his patients with enthusiasm, compassion and the will to get them better. The babies particularly love his french accent…… dogs and horses too!!
Pierre was born and grew up in the countryside near Lyon, France. He had always been fascinated by osteopathy from a young age as it seemed a magical way to help someone naturally, limiting the use of medication. He loved the idea that someone could simply stand in front of an Osteopath who would read the person’s body and life story, in the same way as you would read a book. It seemed that osteopaths could see and feel things that others couldn’t.
He originally came to England to train and study, graduating in 2007, but liked it so much that he decided to stay! Pierre has extensive experience as a skilled practitioner in Structural, Cranial and Animal Osteopathy. His approach combines various tools from very gentle to more dynamic structural techniques depending on the needs of the patient. He ensures that all his patients receive a factual yet simple explanation of their situation, his assessment of the cause of condition and an honest estimation of how long recovery is likely to take. He helps people take charge of their own healing by kicking off the process helping them return towards health.
In his spare time, you’ll find Pierre running, working out, or walking with his dog, Tula. He also loves his food, so it’s not uncommon to see him in a restaurant nearby! His favourite is a curry or pizza! Pierre is ALWAYS happy to talk about food!
Anand Aggarwal
Osteopath | BSc (Hons) Ost, BSc (Hons) Business Information Systems.
Anand practices both Cranial and Structural Osteopathy. He is our second-longest standing team Osteo member.

An Osteopathy graduate of Oxford Brookes University in 2012, prior to this Anand worked in business development roles within the IT Industry.
Anand also practices Western Medical Acupuncture and is registered with the British Medical Acupuncture Society http://www.medical-acupuncture.co.uk/
He is especially interested in using an Osteopathic approach so that his patients can help themselves to understand and improve their health.

Lizzie also specialises in treating pregnant women and Women’s Health.
Lizzie works closely with local tongue tie specialists and lactation consultants, health visitors and midwives.

Greg Foster
Osteopath | M.Ost, BSc (Hons) Sports and Exercise Science
Greg graduated with a Masters degree from the University College of Osteopathy. He enjoys and has a special interest in Structural Osteopathy stemming from his background in strength and conditioning.
Greg graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2007, having studied Sport & Exercise Science, which started his career in sport and fitness. He started coaching rugby at Northampton Saints RFC, working in the community department and with the academy team, before qualifying as a personal trainer, CrossFit coach and British Weightlifting coach, which eventually led to the opportunity of setting up his own gym.
Greg qualified as a Sports Therapist in 2015, having seen the benefit of offering a therapeutic and rehabilitative service to members and clients to allow better recovery and longevity in their exercise activities. This began his journey towards Osteopathy and starting his Masters degree is 2016. Greg has also completed a Diploma of Advanced Medical Acupuncture, which he uses to treat and manage pain alongside Osteopathic treatments.
From his experience of strength and conditioning and exercise rehabilitation, Greg uses Osteopathic principles to treat patients as a whole and encourage return to activity as soon as possible. His motto is “movement is medicine”.
Greg hopes to continue expanding his knowledge, particularly in Visceral and Cranial Osteopathy, so you’ll find him observing the other practitioners in the clinic when he’s not treating.
When Greg isn’t working you’ll find him enjoying CrossFit, Weightlifting, bike riding, gardening, listening to music, or walking his two dogs, Archie and Saffie.

Her experience ranges from private practice to work with a charity which offers a wide range of holistic therapies. Many years ago, her father suffered with cancer. Helen reports that reflexology treatments calmed him and helped him to find inner peace and courage. The reflexologist who worked with him was so kind, caring, compassionate and empathetic, and it helped my father immeasurably. She was an inspiration to me, and I have tried to emulate her in my own path. I am fascinated by the concept and modality of Reflexology and how it enables the body and mind to regulate itself and promote self-healing.
During my spare time I enjoy walking, cycling, and spending time with my family.
