Our Soft Tissue Therapist Hannah Fowler treats a large variety of injuries, both sport and non-sport related such as:

Sports Massage treatments may include different massage techniques, advanced stretching, strengthening and joint mobilisation. Treatments restore the normal function of the body after athletic activity or injury to maintain optimal condition.

Jenny Meadows
After a 25 year career as a Veterinary Nurse, Jenny decided to focus on fitness, which lead her completing a Sports Massage Therapy Course. She also holds a Diploma in Menopause Therapeutic Massage offering a holistic approach to perimenopause and menopause. This is a relaxing massage working on pressure points throughout the body that can help relieve symptoms, a perfect complement to Hormone Replacement Therapy.
